I just wanted to drop a short email to say how professional I thought the transfer service was. The driver arrived in plenty of time and was very smartly turned out. We had a smooth journey to the airport even giving myself time to read the Times Travel which was in the car. I received a text upon my arrival confirming the meeting point and once again had a smooth journey home. I have no hesitation in recommending the service. |

I have found CTS the most reliable, efficient and courteous car company I have ever dealt with. The cars are smart, clean and the drivers always impeccably presented. My boss is always happy when I book CTS for him and their fares are extremely reasonable.
I find it an absolute pleasure to deal with them - they handle any itinerary changes with good humour and their usual efficiency and they always keep me and my boss informed which is very helpful. CTS have always proved to be very friendly and professional. I need to know that once something is booked I can forget about it and it will be done. They have never let me down. The response time on emails is also fantastic. This allows me to send an email requesting a car and I know that I will receive an answer very quickly indeed. I don't have time to chase emails etc so this is very reassuring for me and it allows me to get on with other things.
