Meeting the Passenger

Our chauffeurs always greet the client in a courteous and professional manner, assist them with their luggage and always open and close doors as appropriate. They will offer an umbrella if it’s raining and be willing and able to help the passengers with any tasks that might make their day easier.

Airport Pick-Ups

Our chauffeurs can meet the client at any London airports, including Heathrow, Gatwick, City and Stansted Airport. We will always double-check flight & terminal details and our chauffeurs will arrive prior to your flight landing and will be ready to greet you at the meeting point. The chauffeurs will display a ‘name board’ as instructed on the booking confirmation & assist in carrying the client’s baggage.

Drop-Offs

Our chauffeurs will always, when dropping a lone client to an address at night, ensure the passenger is safely inside the building before departing.
